Previously, as Chief Technology Officer at Acerta, Alan led the development of AI-as-a-service solutions for the automotive industry, deploying real-time machine learning models to optimize industrial operations. His strategic vision established scalable, high-availability solutions that accelerated efficiency, innovation, and overall business performance.

Earlier in his career at SAP, he also directed Intelligent Technology and Digital Transformation Services for SAP Americas, guiding enterprise clients in adopting AI, IoT, predictive analytics, and automation. He played a pivotal role in advancing SAP HANA adoption across North America, mentoring architects, data scientists, sales teams, partners, and engineers. As the leader of the HANA Technical Center of Excellence, he empowered organizations to leverage in-memory computing as a competitive differentiator. This work accelerated transformative technology adoption and created sustained business value for early adopters of one of the most significant advancements in ERP history.
