With over two decades of IT leadership, Jason Manchester has a proven track record in spearheading strategic initiatives, optimizing operations, and implementing innovative technology solutions that deliver measurable results. His career has been defined by leading enterprise-wide transformations, guiding organizations through divestitures and acquisitions, and enabling teams to adapt during times of disruption, including overseeing global return-to-work strategies during the pandemic.

Jason began his journey at Nova Chemicals as an intern and went on to lead global infrastructure for the company. Over the years, he has driven major transformation programs, including the migration of SAP and Microsoft platforms from on-premises to Microsoft Azure at a time when cloud adoption was still emerging. His leadership extends to introducing automation in IT operations more than 18 years ago, pioneering practices that are now considered industry standards. These initiatives not only transformed processes but also positioned IT as a driver of efficiency and resilience.
